Ralph “Dennis” Perkins, 68, of Collierville, TN went to be with the Lord Saturday, January 6, 2018. Mr. Perkins was preceded in death by his brother, Randy Paul Perkins; father, Ralph Hamilton Perkins; mother, Martha Hazel Turner Perkins; and great-grandson, Ashton Gilliland. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Fiveash Perkins; son, Nick Perkins(Malia); son, Rodney Perkins(Amanda); sister, Marilyn Perkins Lane(Kenny); Paula Perkins Forgey; brother, Danny Perkins; grandchildren: Ashton Perkins, Kanyon Perkins, Wyatt Perkins, Natassia Goff, and Dawnielle Gilliland; and great-grandchildren: Eddie Lee, Zachary, Danica, Nathan, Skylee, and Hayden. Mr. Perkins retired from FedEx after 25 years of service. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church – Collierville. In his free time he was an avid fisherman and hunter. He also liked to travel. A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 12-2 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, South. In lieu of flowers send donations to Make A Wish of the Midsouth or Emmanuel Baptist Church – Collierville.
