Life Story for Mildred Mae Roach (Flint)
Mildred Mae Roach, 81, of Memphis, TN, went to be with the Lord on November 25, 2016. She was raised in Arklabutla and attended Arklabutla High School. Mrs. Roach retired from Plough and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her Lord and Savior and was member of Thrifthaven Baptist, Hartland Baptist and Richland Baptist Churches where she also sang in the choirs. Mrs. Roach is survived by the love of her life, husband for 40 plus years, Merritt Roach; daughter, Reba Claunch (Jimmy); son, Michael Roach (Elizabeth); three grandchildren, Tommy, Christy, Lindsey; five great grandchildren, Colton, Trey, Elissa, McKenzie, Sophia; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five siblings and her parents, Wesley and Alice Rodgers Flint. Visitation will be 12 p.m. Wednesday, November 30 until service begins at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment following. The family request memorials be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association.
