Emmie Jean Moore
Emmie Jean Twiner Moore, 83, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Delmar Gardens West of Town and Country, Missouri. Emmie Jean was born in Ruleville, MS to the late Eugene and Rosie Lee Twiner. She grew up in Memphis and was a graduate of East High School. During her working career she worked at several glass manufacturing companies in Memphis and lastly retiring from Georgia Pacific. Mrs. Moore was also preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Lee Moore, Jr. and son, Malcolm Eugene Moore, Jr. She leaves her daughter, Pamela Wilbanks (Dillard) of St. Louis, MO and son, Mark Allan Moore of Memphis (Frayser), TN; 8 grandchildren: Kenneth Wilbanks (Tamara) of Arnold, MO, Jennifer Cragun (Michael) of Castle Rock, CO, Becky Wilbanks of Memphis, Jason Moore of Florida, Jessica Holloway (John) of Maumelle, AR, Jacob Moore of Festus, MO, Rachael Moore of Chicago, IL, and Matthew Moore of St. Louis, MO; two sisters: Marion Lemmons of Star City, AR and Mary Bledsoe of Columbia, MO; two brothers: James Murphy (Sabra) of Columbia and Royce Murphy (Sharon) of Little Rock, AR; also 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 25 at Forest Hill Funeral Home South with service immediately following. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
