Robert "Bob" Dolan Marsh, 75, went to live unexpectedly with his Heavenly Father on October 11, 2017. Bob was born on September 28, 1942 in Wilmington, North Carolina. He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Eula Mae Marsh, his daughter Terri (Ken) Suzanne Lusk, and his grandson Zachary Lusk. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Joy Suzanne Marsh; his children Tami Mahoney, Timothy (Jennifer) Marsh, Tricia (Bob) Green, Tiffany (Kevin) Lee, Tasha Marsh, Todd (Caroline) Marsh; nineteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Bob was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired from FedEx in 2014 after 26 years of service in the Boeing department of the MOCC. Bob served faithfully in many callings as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Bob never met a stranger and could light up a room with his vibrant personality. He loved his Heavenly Father, wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, friends and his red corvette. He was a good man and will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation and funeral services will be held on October 19th at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 8150 Walnut Grove Road, with visitation at 10:00 am and the funeral service beginning at 12:00 pm. Burial service at the West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery will follow the funeral service. Funeral arrangements are through Forest Hill Funeral Home - East. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Learning Disabilities Association (LDA) of Tennessee.
